Security deposit: A returnable cash deposit of €350 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be partially used or fully taken in the event of loss or damage of items belonging to the property owner or unpaid expenses incurred during your stay. Provided there is no more than a reasonable clean up and nothing has been damaged or is missing, the security deposit will be returned at check-out prior to your departure. The Renters will pay any damages in excess of the security deposit amount in full within 30 days. Villa Collection’s Butler is expected to take the Security Deposit and hold in our office until notified by Villa Collection, that the security deposit can be released and refunded back to the client on the departure day.

Damages: Renter agrees to pay for repairs of all damages occurred at the property during his/her stay. Amount for repairs or remedies to damages will be estimated by Villa Collection and the property owner and will include any outsourcing, contracting of services, displacement and supervision costs.

Guest responsibilities: Must keep the property and all furniture, contents, fittings, facilities, equipment, grounds and swimming pool in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday and in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which they were found. Client will be responsible for payment for any breakages, loss or damage to the property or its contents caused by you or anyone you invite or allow into the property. Villa Collection is entitled to claim such sums from the lead name or any other member(s) of the party without having to prove they were personally responsible for the damage, loss or breakage. Villa Collection reserves the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, over and above the amount normally required on departure, and for any other utility charges, which are not included in the rental and to claim against you for damage or loss.
